That work is why I became a certified nutritionist, and I am here to help you find your way. I used to think that every bite of food could either help or hurt the ecosystem that exists within each of us. Now I know that to be true, and in fact every bit of information that flows into us informs how we age and evolve. Food is our greatest environmental exposure, so let’s start there.

 what a difference

The two photos above were taken 15 years apart. That’s me on the left in 2002, and that’s me on the right in 2017.

15 years ago, I was not comfortable in my body. I had food sensitivities I didn’t know about yet, I was on a weight rollercoaster even though I over exercised, I had unpredictable flare ups in my skin, and I faced a bunch more symptoms that I’d later realize were just canaries in the coal mine.

It was then, I decided to become my very first nutrition client. I needed to unlearn a lot of things I thought I knew for sure. I needed a proper REeducation.
